Метод №6 Восстановление системы

Тут вам нужно кликнуть на пункт «Просмотр журнала обновлений» и найти номер обновления, возле которого красуется код 0x8007139f. После этого перейдите по следующей ссылке в Каталог обновлений Майкрософт и загрузите проблемное обновление. Скачав установщик, дважды кликните на него ЛКМ и следуйте инструкциям на экране. Никакой ошибки 0x8007139f при этом появиться не должно, ведь мы исключили из процесса Центр обновления.

The major reason which appears to be the ultimate cause of this problem with Windows defender is its conflict with other security softwares installed. This conflict causes the defender program to stop its execution. The other reason is the corrupted files inside the system that infect the defender program and it stops working.

Solution to Fix this Error 0x8007139f:

A number of solutions can be used in order to get Windows defender back to its working state. As I mentioned in the reasons behind this error message, disabling the third party antivirus would be the best solution to resolve this issue. Follow the steps mentioned below.

Method # 1: Turning Firewall On and Setting Windows Defender to Automatic

1. If you have third party antivirus as well as firewall installed, then you might need to disable You should also make sure that Windows firewall in turned-on. You can enable it inside the Control panel. For this, go to Control panel by pressing Win + X and select it from the list. Inside the control panel, click on Windows Firewall and click the Turn Windows Firewall on or off inside the left pane. In the next window, turn the firewall on and press OK thereafter.

2. Now, search for Windows Services panel by typing msc inside the cortana search field. Right click on program listed in the search result and run it as administrator.

3. After opening the Services, search for Windows Defender in the list and check if the Status column is blank or not. If it is blank, then right click on Windows Defender and select Start. 2. After opening the Services, search for Windows Defender in the list and check if the Status column is blank or not. If it is blank, then right click on Windows Defender and select Start. Method # 3: Fixing the Windows Defender Registry Keys

If the Windows Defender Service cannot be stopped or restarted, then, you might need to fix the registry keys. Follow these steps in order to fix the registry keys related to Windows defender.

Note: Please make sure to backup the registry key before the fixation process. In order to backup a key, open the Registry Editor by typing regedit in the search box and open it as an administrator. Select the registry you want to backup and click on File > Export. Save this .reg file to anywhere on the hard drive or external storage and you are good to go.

1. When the registry file is backed-up, move on to the following steps to fix this error. Open the notepad by searching for it inside cortana and save this notepad file as reg inside the any Local Drive on your hard drive. Make sure to Select All File (*.*) from the drop-down labeled as Save as type. In my case, I am saving it inside D. It would be like “D:fix.reg”.

2. Copy the following lines of code and paste it inside the notepad file you created and saved before.

Have you completely removed your previous anti-virus? Also, try running the uninstaller for the previous anti-virus to clean up any leftover remnants. I have a list of them here: http://www.carrona.org/avuninst.html

Double check to be sure that all Windows Updates were successfully installed.

Have you tried any of the other links?

I tried it in Firefox and got that behavior.
I tried it in Edge and it worked just fine.

I tried it in IE11 and had a couple of crashes before it settled down and worked.

Don’t bother with WinDef, it’s the lowest rated AV in the world, by a large margin, just check any AV test site, it’s always at the bottom of the list.

Use a good one, free are Bitdefender, Avast, Avira. Paid, the top of the heap is Kaspersky.

That being said, if you are bound and determined to use WinDef, here’s the fix:

There’s a bulk of solutions for fixing this error. Try one by one until the issue fixed. For my case, I just reset the PC & done

1. Restart your PC

2. Remove existing antivirus and antispyware software

3. Scan your PC for malwares

6. Restart Security Center Service

7. Delete conflicting Registry Entry

1. Set the Windows Defender service to Automatic instead of Disabled or Manual. To do this, follow these steps:
   1. Click Start, type services in the Start Search box, and then click Services in the Programs list. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
   2. Double-click the Windows Defender service, and then in the Startup type box, click Automatic.
   3. Click OK.

Do not use Windows Defender for anything. It is rated as the worst AV in the world by many test centers. Look it up.
